Add 1L Full Synthetic Transmission Fluid
When you are installing the transmission cooler you may want to top-up the transmission fluid. Select the “Add 1L Full Synthetic Transmission Fluid” option from the drop-down menu to add 1L of Full Synthetic Transmission Fluid.

- Never install a multi-piece transmission cooler bracket or one that includes the transmission cooler as part of the bracket structure. They are prone to fatigue and failure.
- Never install a stainless steel transmission cooler bracket. Stainless steel induces corrosion in your aluminium cooler. Just google “stainless steel and aluminium” to find out more.

It is great easy to fit just hope it keeps my Gear box oil a bit cooler than it was
I fitted this cooler to my 2015 D’max about 3 weeks ago, I’ve since travelled 3000km towing my 2.8t caravan, up mountains and a bit of slow low range off-road driving, really impressed with how it keeps the temperature below 90* in hard conditions and about 68* on the highway, prior to fitting it, I was regularly seeing 104*+ and it would stay there, with the cooler it comes up ang goes back down.
